| Randy Stone (1958 - 2007) was an Oscar and Emmy Award winning Producer. He began his career in casting at age 17, casting over 50 television movies, eventually winning the Emmy for his work on the CBS movie The Incident. Stone was a Senior VP for 20th Century Fox Television and supervised the original casting and development for dozens of programs including Ally McBeal, Chicago Hope, The Practice and The X-Files. |
| Peggy Rajski Peggy Rajski’s directorial debut, the comedy/drama TREVOR, won the Academy Award for Best Live Action Short. Other directorial outings include the long-running hit television series ER and second-unit photography on several of the feature films she produced.
Rajski came to directing with a large body of experience as a producer of both independent and studio fare. She collaborated with a wide array of gifted filmmakers including Jodie Foster on her directorial debut LITTLE MAN TATE and her second film, the comedy HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS. Rajski also worked with director Stephen Frears on THE GRIFTERS which garnered four Academy Award nominations and won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Feature.
Rajski`s producing career began with writer/director John Sayles who she made three critically acclaimed pictures with: THE BROTHER FROM ANOTHER PLANET, MATEWAN and EIGHT MEN OUT. In addition, she produced USED PEOPLE, THE SCOUNDREL’S WIFE and served as Executive Producer on Fox Searchlight’s BEE SEASON as well as Emmy and Oscar winning writer Alan Ball’s feature directorial debut, TOWELHEAD.
In conjunction with documentarian Kim Snyder, Rajski launched BeCause, a series of short documentaries airing on Plum TV which highlight the groundbreaking work of pioneering individuals and organizations tackling complex social issues. She is also co-directing and producing SOMEWHERE OVER THE RAINBOW, a feature length documentary about the country’s first full service gay retirement community.
Rajski is a member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Science and sits on their Foreign Language Committee and the Film Festival, Scholar and Institutional Grants Committees. Rajski is also a past board member of NY Women In Film and Television and IFP/Los Angeles (now Film Independent). |
| James Lecesne ‘s one-man play, WORD OF MOUTH was directed by Eve Ensler and presented Off Broadway by Mike Nichols & Elaine May; it won the NY Drama Desk Award and the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Solo Performance. he wrote the screenplay for the film TREVOR, which won the 1994 Academy Award for Best Live Action short. James spent a year documenting and then dramatizing the stories of children of war in THE ROAD HOME, which was presented at The Asia Society in NYC, and at the International Peace Initiative at The Hague. He also adapted Armistead Maupin’s FURTHER TALES OF THE CITY as a mini-series for Showtime TV and wrote one of the final epsiodes of WILL & GRACE. His acting credits include, the original Off Broadway production of CLOUD 9; EXTRAORDINARY MEASURES, written & directed by Eve Ensler; the 30th Anniversary production of BOYS IN THE BAND, and I AM MY OWN WIFE at Hartford Stage. He has also been seen on SEX & THE CITY, and in the films HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS and BROADWAY DAMAGE. James most recently founded After The Storm, a non-profit organization working with young adults and the arts in post-Katrina New Orleans. | Sean Mc Manus (Chair) has spent his professional career building revenue to strengthen non-profit organizations. He has served as Director of Development for IFP/Los Angeles, producers of the Independent Spirit Awards and Los Angeles Film Festival, since 1998. Under his leadership, philanthropic giving to the organization has tripled. Prior to that, McManus served as Director of Major Gifts at the American Film Institute and as a professional fundraiser in the USC School of Engineering. He is a graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in the business of entertainment. |

| Ricky Strauss (Vice Chair) is a sixteen-year veteran of the motion picture industry with an outstanding track record in feature film production and marketing. Strauss currently serves as the President of Participant Productions, an entertainment company based in Los Angeles focusing on socially relevant films and documentaries. Before running Participant, Strauss founded Ricochet Entertainment, a film and television production company based at Sony Pictures Entertainment in Los Angeles. In addition to his work as a producer, Ricky Strauss has also been a marketing consultant for Revolution Studios and Sony Pictures Entertainment. Strauss has served on the Board of Directors for Project Angel Food and is an honorary board member of Teamworks, a local charity that mentors minority youth. |
| Michael A. Graham (Secretary) is a Partner at the law firm of Pond North LLP working out of the firms Los Angeles and San Francisco offices. He has handled civil trials and appeals for toxic tort, products liability, and employment cases on behalf of numerous Fortune 500 corporations in both federal and California courts. In addition, he has counseled private and public employers in matters involving employment-discrimination litigation and provided general labor and employment law advice. Mr. Graham received a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center . In addition, he also attended the University of Vienna, Austria. |
| Jim Murphy (Treasurer) is the Vice President of Finance for Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. He is responsible for the oversight of the financial operations of over 25 radio stations in the Southern California region, encompassing Los Angeles, Riverside, Santa Barbara and the Antelope Valley. These radio stations generate over $350 million annually in gross revenues and employs over 1,000 Southern Californians. In addition, he is also responsible for execution of over 100 Clear Channel events annually, including: KIIS FM`s Wango Tango; the Radio Music Awards TV Show; West Hollywood Halloween Carnival as well as other major concerts and events throughout the year. Recently, Jim began a two-year term as Chair of the Board of Directors of AIDS Project Los Angeles and also serves on the Board of HALSA and the Literacy Network of Greater Los Angeles. |
| David Anderson is a partner in the event and meeting production company, The Eventive Group. His company focuses on corporate and non-profit events and they have produced a wide variety of programs in the US and abroad. David received his Bachelors of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from UCLA. This course of study allowed him to study for a year at the University of Seville in southern Spain. David`s involvement with the Trevor Project goes back a number of years and his current role as the committee co-chair for the Volunteer Committee puts him close to the people that help make a difference for this organization everyday. |
| Richard Ayoub has been a board member of the Trevor Project since 2006. He is also the co-founder of Friends of Lockwood. He`s an Emmy-award winning producer who is a TV news and entertainment magazine show veteran. Richard helped run two major newsrooms in Los Angeles including KABC-TV and KCBS-TV. He is the founder of the CyberGuy nationally syndicated news series. And, was a senior producer at national shows such as World`s Most Amazing Videos, Hard Copy and Extra. Currently, he serves as Executive Vice President of Programming for ManiaTV!, the world only 24 live TV network. Richard was asked to join the board of the Trevor Project after he organized several fundraisers that set the standard for house party fundraisers.

| Brian Bish has worked in the travel industry for over ten years at Virgin Atlantic Airways and most recently at Priceline.com. He has been involved with The Trevor Project for the past three years as a member of the New York Steering committee. For the past two years, Brian has served as the volunteer coordinator for the Trevor NY events, and he is currently building the first East Coast Trevor Project volunteer committee. Brian currently resides in Connecticut with his partner Jack. |
| Samuel Borelli has been in the healthcare field for the past five years, most recently as operations and care manager for an agency that provides private duty in-home care to those in need. Prior to this he served as a media consultant and strategist to advertisers with interests in the LGBT market. After attending Boston College, he worked for Action Design, a consulting firm specializing in executive coaching. Sam is currently a member of the West Hollywood, CA Public Safety Commission. Appointed in 2003, he was elected Chairman in 2005. During his tenure as chair, the commission launched a first-ever public safety education campaign, enhanced the city`s neighborhood watch program, and hosted West Hollywood`s most successful National Night Out Against Crime to date. For over 15 years Sam has volunteered his time to assist LGBTQ youth organizations including GLSEN, Project 10, LifeWorks, and The Trevor Project. He joined the Board of Directors of The Trevor Project in March 2003. In May of 2007, Sam co-founded the LA LGBTQ Youth Advocates Group, a coalition of local organizations working together to assist the next generation. In June, 2007, Christopher Street West, the organizers of Los Angeles LGBTQ Pride festivities, honored Sam with the Berman-Schafer Community Service Award. |
| Ken Campbell has been a professional in the emerging technology and media industry for the past 15 years. Starting his career with Accenture and quickly rising through the ranks serving clients such as Time Warner, Paramount Pictures, DirecTV, and CNN. Ken is one of the founders of Accenture`s Media & Entertainment Practice. After Accenture, Ken became a thought leader in e-Commerce for a company called WHN.com who served the television industry operating over 20 online stores. Currently, Ken is VP, of Business Development at Schematic, a full service interactive agency based in Los Angeles with offices in New York and Atlanta. Ken has been very involved with GLAAD, GLSEN, and APLA. Ken lives in Los Angeles with his two Golden Retrievers. |

| Brian Dorsey is a business owner, executive coach, creative producer and is involved in a wide range of philanthropic and volunteer activities. Brian is a principal owner of Sellers Feinberg LLC, a national healthcare company that designs and implements programs that reduce the number of uninsured and addresses the cost and quality of healthcare. The firm was the consultant to Massachusetts in their groundbreaking program to provide universal healthcare coverage and is now working with many states throughout the country. Brian oversees corporate communications and is responsible for the firm`s leadership development program. As a certified life coach, he has spoken internationally on the topic of integrating humor into the Coaching method. His production company, The Red Rose Project LLC, supports theatrical, film and television projects that foster a spirit of collaboration and attention to LGBTQ-relevant themes. | Jeffrey Fishberger, MD is the Supervising Psychiatrist for Samuel’s Center for Comprehensive Care at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center where he provides mental health services for the patients enrolled in the HIV center. Prior to his current position, Dr. Fishberger held positions at Beth Israel’s Comprehensive Care Center, Spellman Center for HIV-Related Diseases at St. Clare’s Hospital and Health Center & SUNY/Health Sciences Center at Brooklyn. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a member of the American Psychiatric Association. Since May 2005, Dr. Fishberger has been a member of the The Trevor Project’s New York Steering Committee and is currently their Co-Chair. |
| Bonnie Graves is building a multi-platform brand around wine, travel and lifestyle. Similar to media personalities like Martha Stewart, Wolfgang Puck and Rachael Ray, Graves aims to share her unique wine expertise via both traditional outlets and digital channels in a way that is informative, inclusive and fun. She has extensive “insider” industry experience as a sommelier at legendary restaurants such as Jean-Georges, Union Square Café and Spago Beverly Hills, and is a Harvard graduate fluent in several languages. Recent television appearances include a FINE LIVING show in Santa Barbara’s wine country and a feature episode on Champagne for WEALTH TV. She has also been featured in USA Today, MSNBC, the Los Angeles Times, Daily Variety, Patterson’s Beverage Journal and California Wine and Food. Graves founded her own wine consulting company, New Medici LLC, in 2005; a sought-after wine educator in the Los Angeles market, she frequently teaches classes and arranges tastings for corporate and private clients. | Meredith Kadlec Meredith Kadlec, a native of Detroit, Michigan, studied film history in college and then did post-graduate work at Prague’s prestigious film school, F.A.M.U. She moved to Los Angeles to work as a production assistant on the hit show MAD ABOUT YOU, and then worked as Paul Reiser’s assistant and writer’s assistant, before joining “Mad” co-creator Danny Jacobson’s Infront Productions. Meredith was Infront’s longtime Director of Development, nurturing numerous pilots and features for a host of industry giants, including NBC, ABC, Fox, Warner Bros, DreamWorks and Paramount, among others. Meredith is currently Senior Vice President, Original Programming for here! Networks, overseeing development and production of here!’s features and original series.

| Ned J. Lustbader is a director and shareholder of a family-owned and operated business network, which includes a chain of retail shoe stores and related real estate concerns within the New York and New Jersey metropolitan area. In addition, Mr. Lustbader is an independent consultant in health care quality improvement and works with a variety of health care centers, hospital outpatient departments, and health agencies in designing, implementing, and evaluating quality improvement initiatives. Mr. Lustbader also conducts research in the area of sustainability and spread to determine the factors most closely associated with an organization’s ability to achieve long-term implementation of improvement efforts. In addition to serving on The Trevor Project’s New York Steering Committee, Mr. Lustbader serves on the advisory board of the Greenwich House Music School, one of New York’s oldest and most historical music schools, and is a member of Manhattan Theatre Club’s Patron Leadership Council. | Scott A. McPhail Scott McPhail was born and raised in Wichita, KS., where upon graduating from the University of Kansas in 1994, he moved to Los Angeles to begin working in the entertainment industry. In 1996, Scott began at DreamWorks Studios working in the art department within the animation division. In 1998, Scott became a founding board member of the Kansas Connection, inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to bridging the communication and education between the heartland and the entertainment industry in Hollywood. In 1999 Scott produced the award-winning short film, The Good Things. In 2000, Mr. McPhail left DreamWorks Studios to produce his second film, Nice Guys Finish Last. After touring the film festival circuit, Scott was named head of Business Development for Without a Box, the online film festival submission service. In 2002, Scott returned to DreamWorks Animation where he helped develop and build the Animation Marketing and Production Services department, where he currently serves as Sr. Manager within the Department. Within the Trevor Project organization, Scott has served as co-chair of Cracked Xmas 8, 9 and is currently working on Cracked Xmas 10. In addition, Scott currently serves as the chair of the Development Committee for the organization. |
| Jason Oclaray is Vice President of Greendale Capital, LLC. His responsibilities include investment advisory and managerial duties as well as involvement in the Biller Family Foundation. Prior to joining Greendale Capital, Mr. Oclaray was a Financial Consultant at Wells Fargo’s Private Bank, where he advised affluent individuals and foundations on investment management and banking. He began his career at Wells Fargo in 1995, and joined the Private Bank in 1999. As an active member of the community with a strong sense of philanthropic responsibility, Mr. Oclaray supports a number of organizations. He has been involved with The Trevor Project for several years, including serving on the Finance Committee. She was previously at Media Contacts in New York where she worked on Comedy Central, Kmart, Fox Sports and Dannon. Prior to that, Kate spent 4 years at Digitas in both Boston and NYC managing the American Express, FedEx/Kinkos and Cingular accounts. She`s also credited with working on the AOL Account at Freeman Associates in Boston on the AOL CD-ROM Distribution Strategy. Kate is also a Marathon Runner, and has run the Boston, Chicago and Miami Marathons from 2000-2007. |
| Jeffrey Paul Wolff Jeffrey Paul Wolff was born and raised in Los Angeles, California (Woodland Hills) and now resides in West Hollywood. Jeffrey received a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix. He is Vice President/Financial Center Manager for Washington Mutual (WaMu) in Los Angeles-Fairfax. In 2008, he will be opening WaMu WeHo right in the heart of West Hollywood. With over eight years of experience in the banking industry, Jeffrey has held various roles. His leadership experience includes roles in Enterprise Customer Care, Retail Banking and has spanned many of the markets within Southern California. Jeffrey works with WaMu’s Community External Affairs Department with his main focus on giving to the LGBT community. He is involved with many charities such as APLA, LifeWorks Mentoring, LA Gay & Lesbian Center, Point Foundation and LA Community College Foundation. Jeffrey is an active leadership council member of the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce as well as a member of the Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. He has been volunteering with the Trevor Project for over three years serving on the Development Committee and Cracked X-Mas 10 and is now serving as Co-Chair for Cracked X-Mas 11. |
| Scott Zimmerman has spent over 20 years working in the entertainment
industry in various capacities. He spent 13 years in the motion
picture department at the William Morris Agency, representing, among
others, actors such as Matt Dillon, Kurt Russell, Marisa Tomei and
directors such as Quentin Tarantino and Gus Van Sant. He was
involved in helping cast films that became influential to the
independent film world, including Sex Lies And Videotape and
Drugstore Cowboy. He also helped put together films such as My Own
Private Idaho and Pulp Fiction. He then turned to the management
side of the business, working with Untitled Entertainment for 6
years. He also executive produced the gay indie hit Latter Days and
is currently working with Evolution Entertainment. He has been
involved with the Trevor Project for over 4 years and is going into
his second year as a board member.
